Val is passionate about leadership and community development and works as a certified coach training leaders to be successful. 

She has spent 14 years supporting Indianapolis communities as an activist and organizer. In this emotional and candid conversation, Val and Andrea discuss the civil unrest we’re experiencing as a country and how we can affect lasting change in the coming months.
