Tammy Butler is the Owner and Managing Principal at Engaging Solutions, where she strives to improve communities and the lives of women through community outreach. On top of her full-time position, she is also the current pastor of House of God Church in Indianapolis, an organization that serves some of the most underprivileged citizens of the city.
