Donna Kelsey is the CEO of American Senior Communities. Before her career in long-term care and senior living, she was a member of the Navy, where she learned the importance of a strong team. Donna carries that mentality in her current position and focuses much of her time on hiring people for their passion to build teams empowered to lead.
