The Solution:
HRD facilitated a 6-month, virtual development program using The Leadership Challenge® Model, pre- and post-assessment, mentoring, experiential learning, and accountability partnerships. The audience included 101 global leaders in New York, St. Louis, Australia, UK, Dublin, Poland, Pune & Vadodara who were placed into four cohorts.
The Results:
• 76% of the participants are demonstrating focused leadership behaviors more often today than they were at the beginning of the program.
• Increased employee engagement scores for these leaders - the highest in the entire organization.
