Amanda Nelson

Amanda Nelson is an organizational development professional, with over 25 years of successful leadership in all aspects of human resources.  She has a breadth of experience in leading teams and initiatives to develop leaders at all levels.  Amanda’s corporate career had her working in large and small organizations in healthcare, technology, consulting and manufacturing.  Today, she consults with organizations with needs in leadership development, strategic planning and other facilitation needs.

 Amanda is passionate about helping to create more leadership in the world, and truly believes that everyone, no matter title or authority, can learn and practice leadership and personal accountability.  She also believes that when people put the knowledge from the programs she facilitates into practice, companies are more successful, the workplace thrives as teams build trust and cohesion, and lives improve, and she believes this because she has witnessed this transformation first hand as a facilitator.

Amanda has been a Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge® since 2019, and had the profound honor of being mentored by Steve Coats of International Leadership Associates, who is one of the most experienced Masters and is the co-author of Ignite the Extraordinary.  Amanda is also the only licensed distributor and facilitator for the Question Behind the Question® in Colorado.  Amanda also holds a Master Coaching Certificate from the Association for Talent Development.
