Andrea is a visionary—she knows how to lead organizations and leaders from big picture to execution with a proven track record of growing and strengthening organizations. She has an inherent ability to quickly connect, understand pain points, and offer empathy and support to help others take accountability for making improvements.

She began her career as a global HR leader at Premier Farnell, an electronics distributor based in London, England. From there, she joined a global consulting business where she grew the consulting team and led global and national development initiatives for large organizations. Andrea also served in an executive role at DEFENDERS, leading a large national field organization prior to her role at HRD.

Andrea has a servant heart and gives of her talents and gifts to several volunteer organizations. She travels globally with YWAM (Youth with a Mission) providing leadership development to staff at YWAM bases around the world. She serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Central Indiana, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, and the Alumni Association of Indiana State University and is a 500 Circle Mentor for Pass the Torch for Women. In 2018, Andrea co-founded Next Gen Talent, a non-profit organization that focuses on the development of business skills for emerging HR leaders.

When she’s not helping clients grow their organizations or serving in a volunteer capacity, Andrea loves spending time with her family, traveling and taking on new adventures. Andrea loves trying new things, so you may find her trapeze flying along Lake Michigan in Chicago or climbing a mountain in Colorado. Andrea’s motto is “Go Big or Go Home,” which is reflected in the bold, adventuresome life she leads.

Andrea’s why is “to be a catalyst for growth, so that we can all achieve personal fulfillment.” She believes that leaders shape the world and empowers her coaching clients to look in the mirror and identify the best within them. Twenty years of working with executives from all over the world has allowed Andrea to observe that growth happens when three things exist: truth, grace, and time. Andrea comes alongside clients to help them explore what’s working and what isn’t. Because she provides a safe environment in which leaders feel comfortable, her coaching clients are empowered to tell the truth about what’s getting in their way and identify strategies to lead differently going forward.
