Beth St. Clair loves helping employees increase their level of engagement and impact at work. She brings interactive and innovative approaches to her work as an executive coach, leadership consultant, and sought-after speaker.

Previously, Beth was a consultant for Deloitte Consulting in Washington DC. She led Deloitte’s internal facilitation and training initiative for the Greater Washington DC area. Beth earned her MBA from Indiana University. She is certified in DiSC and MBTI personality assessments and is a certified leadership coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

Beth brings two decades of experience in executive and team coaching, leadership development and facilitation. Beth also uses principles from improvisational comedy to deliver programs that are fun, engaging and consistently see results.
