Caryn Davis is an empathetic leader who thrives on connection and communication. She delivers facilitation through a lens of humor and real-life application, always making sure that participants understand their growth process and potential for reaching their developmental heights. She deeply values personal and professional growth and has the vision to help others do the same through her role as Facilitator and Growth Coach at HRD.
Caryn has always had a passion to help those around her by imparting valuable knowledge, wisdom, and life lessons. For over 20 years, she has been able to combine passion and work through mentoring and program development for youth and higher education students as well as adult learners. Before working at HRD, she worked for Girls Inc. as a Program Manager and Facilitator empowering girls through educational, professional, and personal development. During her time at Girls Inc. Indy, she was recognized as the 2020 Newcomer of the Year in Youth Development by the Indiana Youth Association and led the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion development efforts.
Caryn’s commitment to helping others is rooted in a growth mindset and life-long learning. She keeps her mind sharp by seeking out valuable qualitative and quantitative research in leadership development, emotional intelligence, and best practices for public speaking and facilitation. Her strengths include her positive mindset, natural connection to people, content development, and strategic planning. Through her strengths, experiences, and emotional intelligence, Caryn can connect to all clients while providing a tailored approach to learning filled with engaging dialogue and self-reflection for all involved.
