Known for her expertise in talent management, Shirley consults with organizations to optimize their performance and the capabilities of their leaders. She is an organizational consultant, executive and career coach, and facilitator.

Shirley’s professional career includes leadership roles with two of the largest international talent management firms in the United States. During that time, she planned and led numerous initiatives and projects. She held sales and management roles with leading manufacturers and service companies as well as key staff and board positions with nonprofits. As an entrepreneur for more than six years, Shirley built and managed her own management consulting business, where she specialized in organizational development, strategic planning, and coaching.

Over her career she has facilitated leadership development and coaching programs for emerging leaders, managers, high potentials, and senior leaders. With a depth of experience in organizational challenges and change management, Shirley partners with clients in creating programs that not only deliver results but have lasting impact. Building strong relationships, changing behavior, demonstrating presence and influence, and leading with emotional intelligence are her areas of expertise.

From her extensive work with clients at all levels in career transition across a wide range of industries and professions, she has a deep understanding of clients’ internal drivers, behavior styles, and career growth. She employs this knowledge as she strategizes with clients in advancing and enriching their careers.

Shirley’s commitment to coaching extends to the Butler University, Lacy School of Business MBA program where she has served as an executive coach for a number of years. In addition, she served as President of the International Coach Federation, Indianapolis Chapter.
