The Challenge
The pivotal transition from individual contributor to manager must involve the development of new competencies. For managers to succeed, they must have the opportunity to explore and grow into these new skills.
The Solution:
HRD facilitated two Manager Essentials programs for OurHealth-Marathon: Journey to Leadership Excellence for clinicians; Lessons in Leadership for leaders at the Headquarters. HRD’s Manager Essentials program is a robust development program focused on equipping leaders with the skills and tools they need to lead their teams.
The Results:
• Lessons In Leadership had a Net Promoter Score of 93.
• Journey to Leadership Excellence had a Net Promoter Score of 76.
