HRD facilitated two Manager Essentials programs for OurHealth-Marathon: Journey to Leadership Excellence for clinicians; Lessons in Leadership for leaders at the Headquarters. HRD’s Manager Essentials program is a robust development program focused on equipping leaders with the skills and tools they need to lead their teams.
• Lessons In Leadership had a Net Promoter Score of 93.
• Journey to Leadership Excellence had a Net Promoter Score of 76.
