A Leadership Program for Leaders at Any Level

Every leader needs an understanding of how their emotional intelligence impacts what they are thinking, saying, and doing, and how that impacts the success of the leadership team.

The following program objectives enhance the leader’s synergy and productivity.

  • Increase understanding and awareness of the impact of their emotional intelligence strengths and growth opportunities and its influence on personal, team, and organizational results.


  • Learn approaches and techniques to manage emotional responses and shift unproductive thinking and behaviors that lead to poor outcomes.

  • Take the EQI 360 Leadership Assessment (based on the MHS EQi model) to gather feedback from the leadership team peers, direct reports, and others.

  • HRD will create narrative 360 questions in partnership with HR leadership to gain narrative feedback related to team cohesion and productive leadership behaviors.

  • Leaders receive coaching sessions.
