Our Process
- HRD has multiple certified coaches within our team and will offer 2-3 potential coaches for each opportunity.
- We empower the coaching participant to choose the coach that they want to work with.
- We believe the system in which the coaching participant leads is a critical part of their leadership growth. We engage internal advocate(s) in the process to ensure there is internal support throughout the coaching engagement.
- We spend time understanding the context in which the leader is leading; through observation and shadowing, we understand a day-in-the-life of our coaching clients.
- We have a library of assessments we utilize depending on the specific focus area within the coaching engagement.
