A Program for High-Potential Successors, Focused on Leading Leaders.
Leading Leaders is a focused leadership development program targeted to directors and senior leaders with the goal of helping to lead strategically through the leaders that report to them. The program is underpinned by strategic thinking skills and includes an assessment to identify opportunities for participants to improve in this area. In addition, this leadership development program highlights the importance of aligning leaders at all levels and connecting the dots between the big picture and day-to-day operations.
By participating in Leading Leaders, participants will:
- Participate in the EQ-i Assessment Review
- Participate in leadership workshops focused on competencies necessary for success at a Director level.

Leading Up and Across
- Work in teams to solve two case studies throughout the program - answering the question "What is leadership in management?"
