The engagement began with both team and individual assessments, measuring key dynamics such as trust, productive conflict, commitment, accountability, and results—where initial cohesion scores ranged from just 11% to 71%.

Each leader received personalized coaching and 360-degree feedback to increase self-awareness and reinforce the behaviors needed to contribute to a high-performing team. To ensure long-term success, HRD*’s executive coach worked closely with the CEO and HR Director to monitor progress, sustain momentum, and integrate new habits into the team’s day-to-day leadership practices.
