Leading at the executive level presents a complex set of challenges. Instead of focusing on individual or team results, the focus for executives is the leadership of the business, and as we’ve all heard, it certainly can be lonely at the top. HRD’s executive leadership development program, Leading the Enterprise, is a 12-month growth experience that provides executives (individuals or a team of executives) an opportunity for clarity, connection, application of key skills on real business issues, focused feedback, and executive coaching.
C-suite life means long workdays, yet little time to reflect and learn. Participants will gain a methodology to pause, reflect, learn, then act in future business situations to set them up for success.
