The Challenge:
A global organization was seeking to establish consistent leadership behaviors across its workforce—from individual contributors to people managers. With varying leadership styles and expectations across regions and roles, the organization needed a unified approach to strengthen leadership at every level and build a cohesive leadership culture.
The Solution:
HRD* facilitated a six-month, virtual development program using The Leadership Challenge® Model, pre- and post-assessments, experiential learning, and accountability partnerships. The audience included 160 global leaders in US; Australia, France, Italy, Germany, India (Directors/Managers/Individual Contributors) who were placed into six cohorts.
The Results:
Post-assessment data revealed that in every observer category, the frequency of demonstrated leader behaviors increased.
