The Challenge
A global organization attempting to create consistent leader behaviors across individual contributors and leaders of people.
The Solution:
HRD facilitated a six-month, virtual development program using The Leadership Challenge® Model, pre- and post-assessment, experiential learning, and accountability partnerships. The audience included 160 global leaders in US; Australia, France, Italy, Germany, India (Directors/Managers/Individual Contributors) who were placed into six cohorts.
The Results:
