What is the LPI?
A 30-item leadership assessment measuring how often I demonstrate specific leadership behaviors on a 1–10 scale.
When is it due?
Please complete the assessment by May 12.
How long will it take?
About 10–15 minutes to complete, with an optional comments section at the end.
Will your feedback be anonymous?
