The Challenge:

With a new CEO at the helm and a refreshed strategic vision, the organization faced a critical culture shift—one that demanded greater accountability, alignment, and leadership focus to bring the plan to life. Leaders across the organization needed support in adopting new behaviors, driving performance, and modeling the culture change from the top down.

The Solution:

To support the strategic shift, HRD* delivered a 9-month Manager Essentials™ program designed to align and equip leaders with foundational leadership skills. The program integrated pre- and post-assessments, experiential learning, and peer accountability partnerships to ensure leaders were prepared to execute the new vision with confidence and consistency.
