The Challenge
The organization had a new CEO, a new strategic direction and plan, and a culture change to one of accountability and focus.
The Solution:
Align and equip leaders on a set of foundational leadership skills to execute on the new strategic plan through HRD’s Manager Essentials program, leveraging pre- and post-assessment, experiential learning, and accountability partnerships across a 9-month development program.
The Results:
• The group identified six aspects of the vision they would focus on as a group.
• Assessment scores increased in all leadership competencies and vision elements. Engagement scores are higher than they have ever been across the organization.
