Faced with the challenge of aligning a global business function and developing people-first technical leaders, this organization partnered with HRD* to deliver a 6-month virtual development journey grounded in The Leadership Challenge® model. Spanning eight countries and four cohorts, the program helped 76% of participants increase key leadership behaviors—and led to the highest employee engagement scores across the entire organization.
