When Allegion sought to enhance its leadership capabilities, it partnered with HRD to implement “The Leadership Challenge” program. Through this collaboration, Allegion empowered its leaders to model the way, inspire a shared vision, challenge existing processes, enable others to act, and encourage the heart, leading to measurable improvements in engagement and performance.​

Faced with the challenge of aligning a global business function and developing people-first technical leaders, this organization partnered with HRD* to deliver a 6-month virtual development journey grounded in The Leadership Challenge® model. Spanning eight countries and four cohorts, the program helped 76% of participants increase key leadership behaviors—and led to the highest employee engagement scores across the entire organization.
