Who Are You as a Leader? Workshop

January 13

  • Complete the Pre-Series Skills Survey if you haven’t already.
  • Read or review Ch. 2 from the book Multipliers.
  • Meet with your Accountability Group. Discuss the following questions:
  • What do you want to get out of this leadership-development process? Name at least one specific outcome.
  • Name at least TWO takeaways or “a-ha” moments from Above the Line, Below the Line
  • How does your mindset impact your leadership influence?
  • What can you do to foster an above-the-line mindset in yourself when you dip below the line?


How Do You Lead? Workshop

February 10

  • Identify one person and do two things:
  1. Clarify one expectation or “picture” that may only be in your head.
  • Ask one curiosity-based question from today - without fixing anything.
  • Meet with your Accountability Group. Discuss the following questions:
  • What was your most valuable takeaway from today’s session? Why?
  • What did you learn from the conversation with the member of your team?
  • Share your lessons learned with your manager.



Why Psychological Safety Matters and How to Create It Workshop

April 14

  • Meet with your Accountability Group. Discuss the following questions:
  • What leadership behavior are you committing to practicing more intentionally to create psychological safety on your team?
  • How and when will you do it? What roadblocks might you be able to anticipate and plan for?
  • If you’re able to try it before you meet, what did you learn about what you would do the same or differently next time?
  • Share your lessons learned with your manager.
  • Read or review Chapter 3: The Liberator from the book Multipliers.
